How long will it take to get my cans delivered?

What is the price of my cans & ends?

After we get your completed information, an Account Manager will contact you to discuss prices. line

What is the artwork process?

All new can designs will go through the Rexam color proof pilot line process. As your designs are new to Rexam we will conduct a color proofing on our pilot line to ensure we match your colors and set light and dark standards for our manufacturing plants. It usually takes 4 weeks to schedule a color proofing on our decorator, and we require the artwork be submitted for processing 10 business days before the color proofing.

Steps in the artwork process:
  • 1. Customer to submit artwork to Rexam

  • 2. Rexam will send customer PDF proof for approval

  • 3. Color proof date will be provided after acceptable art files are produced

  • 4. Color proof in Chicago on our pilot line to produce sample aluminum cans, the customer is encouraged to attend

  • 5. Customer signs off on color proof standards

  • 6. Design plates are produced and sent to manufacturing plant

Do I need my product to be tested before it can be filled?

Yes, all new products need to be tested to finalize manufacturing specification. It takes 4 weeks to complete all testing from receipt of sample. Along with a 2 liter sample of product we will need a product information sheet to be completed.

We have several manufacturing sites across North America. The location of manufacture will depend on can size, available plant capacity, and location of your co-packers. line

When and how do I pay?

Payment of your order will be discussed when you are contacted by an Account Manager.
